In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in your signed service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Failure to pay on time may result in work stoppage, late fees, or collection proceedings. We accept payment by check, cash, or electronic transfer as agreed upon in advance. We do not accept payment via personal payment apps unless expressly agreed in writing.
6. Warranties
We stand behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms specific to your project will be outlined in your signed service agreement. In general, we provide a workmanship warranty on labor for a period defined in your contract. Concrete, by nature, is subject to cracking from ground movement, temperature changes, and loading beyond its design capacity. Hairline surface cracking is normal and does not constitute a defect. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from improper use, modifications, acts of nature, or failure to follow post-installation care instructions we provide.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Washington State law, Precision Tacoma Concrete Contractor's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to services performed shall not exceed the total amount you paid for those specific services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind. This includes but is not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or any other economic damages beyond the direct cost of the work performed.
