Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at tacomaconcretecompany.com and your engagement with the services provided by Tacoma Concrete Company ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or hiring us to perform concrete work, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing this website or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage our services. We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
Tacoma Concrete Company is a concrete contractor operating in Tacoma, WA and the surrounding region. Our services include, but are not limited to, concrete driveway installation, patio construction, stamped concrete, sidewalk building, garage floor work, retaining walls, foundations, and related concrete services.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion. Submission of a contact or estimate request does not constitute a contract or commitment on our part to perform services.
Written estimates are provided prior to the start of any project. An estimate is a good-faith approximation of the cost of work based on the information available at the time of the site visit. Estimates are not guaranteed fixed prices unless specifically stated in a written contract signed by both parties.
If site conditions discovered during the work require additional labor or materials that were not apparent during the initial assessment, we will notify you before proceeding and provide a revised cost for the additional scope. Work will not proceed beyond the estimated scope without your approval.
Scheduling is confirmed in writing or by phone. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, material availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as early as possible if a rescheduling is necessary.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or mobilization has occurred may be subject to costs incurred on your behalf, which will be communicated to you in writing.
Payment terms are set forth in the project agreement or estimate provided to you before work begins. A deposit may be required prior to the start of work, with the remaining balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your project agreement. Late payments may be subject to a reasonable late fee as permitted under applicable Washington law. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue work on a project where payment obligations have not been met.
Where permits are required for the work being performed, we will apply for and obtain those permits as part of the project scope unless otherwise agreed in writing. The cost of permits, if any, will be included in or added to your estimate. We build to local code requirements and cooperate fully with required inspections.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Any warranty terms specific to your project will be stated in your written project agreement. In the absence of a specific warranty, we warrant that work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards for concrete construction in Washington.
Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to: soil movement, flooding, freeze-thaw activity after the project is complete, improper use or maintenance, or work performed by other contractors after project completion. Settling and minor surface cracking consistent with normal concrete behavior over time is not covered under warranty.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tacoma Concrete Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of this website.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of a project shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for that specific project. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate contact with our business. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.

If a dispute arises between you and Tacoma Concrete Company related to our services or these Terms, we encourage you to contact us first at the information below. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing litigation. Any legal action that proceeds beyond mediation shall be brought in the appropriate court of jurisdiction in Washington.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Washington.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of this website or engagement of our services after a change has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
